Saw this on iLounge today and thought I would keep this in here for future references... I always find it very useful to visit these forums and learn things from the helpful people all over the world ! :)
For the guy, his album art will not show in itunes but will show up in the preview box in the bottom left hand corner and when he right click and select "get info", it will show up:
His solution ?
To make the album art come back, close itunes and delete the folders in the My Documents\My Music\iTunes\Album Artwork\Local folders and reload iTunes
